Course Overview
The HiQual UK Level 3 Award in ISO 10014:2021 (QMS) Managing Quality Results and Financial & Economic Benefits is designed to develop practical knowledge of how quality management principles and a Quality Management System (QMS) can contribute to measurable organisational performance, financial benefits and economic value.
ISO 10014:2021 provides guidance for realizing financial and economic benefits through a structured, top-down approach using quality management principles and QMS practices. It is specifically directed toward top management and focuses on monitoring key performance trends and taking improvement actions based on those results.
The qualification therefore connects quality performance with organisational results, including process effectiveness, performance measurement, improvement opportunities, resource utilisation and financial and economic benefits.
This is a proposed HiQual UK educational qualification. It does not itself provide ISO certification or certify an organisation's conformity with ISO 10014:2021.
