Course Overview

The HiQual UK Level 2 Certified Quality Professional (CQP) is designed as a foundation-level qualification for learners who want to develop practical knowledge of quality management, quality assurance, inspection, documentation, nonconformity control, customer requirements, and continual improvement.

The qualification introduces learners to the language and principles used in modern quality functions while keeping the learning outcomes appropriate for an entry-level or junior quality role. Its structure reflects the fundamentals of quality management represented in the current ISO 9000 family, including quality principles, processes, requirements, data and information, customer focus, and improvement. ISO 9000:2026 provides the fundamentals and vocabulary for quality management, while ISO 9001:2026 provides requirements for quality management systems.

This is a HiQual UK qualification design and should not be represented as ISO 9001 certification or certification by ISO.
